Problem: .html file inserted in modified root

Hi, I'm creating a site and one of the partners that I use for inserting content (mainly video) asks that a small .html file be inserted into the root to recognize the traffic that is eventually directed to their portal from my site.
This file is important as it tests my site for content and tracks the visitors I bring to their site.
When I place the .html file in the root, it seems to be automatically modified and javascript code is added from superweb.
Is it possible to solve this? This javascript code added goes to "dirty" the native one of the file which logically returns an error and therefore does not allow the validation of my site to the partner.
Thanks,
Andrade

hibernation is greater than sleep. it's miles a totally deep sleep.the animal's temperature drops to simply over 0 centigrade,
and its heart beats very slowly.folks who locate hibernating animals asleep frequently think that they may be useless: the frame feels
very bloodless, and the creature might also breathe handiest as soon as each five mins.a hibernating animal can't feel any pain.you can
contact it, or even pull its tail, with out causing it to move or awaken.in its hibernating kingdom it may even live in a toxic
environment for a long google seo
